You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to harm the service, impersonate others, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
